Rates Explained 

We have always said our direct rates are the best, so here aree the reasons why;

BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED IN OUR PRICE

Its the only place, online where you will find it included in the price of your room,  if you wish

We cant SHOUT it out any louder. 

The times have changed over the years and so have bed and breakfasts. 

Central heating and inside public loos 1970s

Everyone has become their own travel agent and we are all looking for the best deal

We have had to move with all current Internet Selling Markets. So with every room type we now have 4 different rates. Explained below 

Pay On arrival BREAKFAST Flexi Cancellation (Rack Rate)

This is the standard rate including breakfast (mostly booked)

It is a flexible rate with standard cancellation policy and can cancelled by 10am up to 48 hours before date of arrival with no penalty charges

Pay On arrival ROOM ONLY Flexi Cancellation

This is a room only tariff. Breakfast may be purchased separately.

It is a flexible rate with standard cancellation policy and can cancelled by 10am up to 48 hours before date of arrival with no penalty charges

Pay Now in advance Inc Breakfast No refund/Transfer

This is a discounted rate and Includes breakfast. 

You may not change or transfer the booking. No refund will be issued. 

You have 24 hours to cancel should you change your mind but once the deadline passes booked your room is reserved and not transferable.

Independent travel insurance is advised should you need to cancel the booking at a later date 

Pay Now in Advance ROOM ONLY No refund/Transfer

You will see that Room Only and Rack Rate prices are the same. This is because we give OUR customers the gift of breakfast if they book with us direct. It is the only place online for York Priory you will receive breakfast included.
